The engineers at RSI Materials Engineering performed research and failure analysis of bearings.  Our expertise includes roller, ball and journal bearings.  Typical analysis include finite element analysis, microstructural evaluation and strain gage applied stress analysis. RSI has also designed and built a variable speed, temperature controlled, static load bearing rig used for dynamic torque, temperature, and durability testing of large cartridge bearings.
