Matt manages engineers and projects concerning finite element modeling, system and vehicle dynamics.  He is also actively involved in projects concerning failure analysis, data acquisition and analysis, microcontroller implementation and electrial system design. Matt is also a member of the Union Pacific "Go Team", which is an on-site derailment investigation group.
