Tom Harris, as a new member of our RSIME team, bring over 35 years of combined experience in manufacturing, failure analysis, discovery and testimony for tort legation, process improvement, medical research, coordination of US government contracts and quality assurance management. As a metallurgical engineer, Tom has worked in and/or has in-depth experience in steel foundries; forging; heat treating of steels; cutting tools for meat, wood, and metal; welding; plastic injection molding; and coating methods, i.e., galvanizing, electroplating and ion plating deposition of refractory metal carbides/nitrides. Tom has co-authored four publications in national journals and has one patent.
